DVOTED – THE RIGHT WAY TO WEAR ANIMALS – athletic wear company.

DVOTED is a Greek athletic wear company founded by Anna Alimonou in 2020. The company’s mission is to raise awareness towards the unfair and cruel use of animals in the clothing industry. The meaning of the DVOTED motto, THE RIGHT WAY TO WEAR ANIMALS and their cause is visually evident in the choices made in the design of the brand’s logo. The DVOTED logo itself was designed to be a strong statement. The logo is designed to clearly show the animals’ theme and have a boldness so it can be easily used for athletic wear purposes. In order to imply the main theme of the logo which is the respect towards animals, we used an animal paw design on the letter D of the logo, which shows in a visual way that animals exist in nature as we humans do and leave their footprint on the ground. All of nature’s beings are equal and need to be respected as such and that is what the DVOTED logo represent.
